Description
The Visionix VX 625 is an automatic ultra-widefield fundus camera designed to simplify retinal imaging while ensuring high diagnostic precision. With the ability to capture 176° of the retina in a single acquisition, it supports detailed examination of the posterior segment, including hemorrhages, branch retinal vein occlusions, and other retinal pathologies.
This non-mydriatic system is designed for accessibility, featuring automatic adjustment and one-button operation for ease of use with minimal training. Both automatic and manual modes allow clinicians to tailor the acquisition process to the patient and clinical setting, maximizing efficiency in busy ophthalmology clinics or large-scale screening programs.
The VX 625 uses HD true color LED imaging, capturing retinal images in red, green, and blue channels, which enhances detail across different retinal layers. Its auto-montage mosaic feature combines multiple images into a single wide-field view covering up to 220° of the retina, representing over 95% of the retinal area.
Integrated multifunctional software allows for powerful image enhancement, including brightness, gamma, contrast, and RGB gain adjustments, enabling detailed image analysis. Advanced tools such as calipers, vertical and horizontal cup-to-disc measurements, cup-to-disc ratio calculations, and area measurement functions support precise diagnostics and clinical decision-making.
The VX 625 offers a user-friendly workflow, reliable imaging, and comprehensive analysis tools, making it an ideal solution for ophthalmology practices seeking wide-field retinal imaging with minimal complexity.
